Checking the Status of Your Web Order
You can easily check the status of your order anytime day or night by clicking on the My Account link at the top of this website. Log in to your account using the e-mail address and password you provided when you placed on the Better Bath website. From here, you can check the status of a current order, receive tracking information, and view your order history.
Shipping Options
We work hard to get your online orders out to you as quickly as possible. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.
Better Bath ships using UPS and offers UPS Ground (generally 3-5 business days), 2nd Day AirĀ® and Next Day AirĀ® shipping options. The arrival time of your order will be the fulfillment time (1-2 business days) PLUS the shipping time of the method you selected.
We calculate your shipping rates based on the cost to ship each item by weight and size to your shipping address using the shipping method you select.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or outside of the 50 U.S. states at this time.
Returning Web Orders
Returns of merchandise purchased from this website may be made within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of cost of the merchandise. The total of your return will be credited to the charge card that you used at the time of your purchase (minus shipping and handling). Better Bath will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
To return an item you ordered from better-bath.com, fill out the Returns Form on the back of the packing slip that came with your order and send it back with the merchandise to ensure proper credit and faster processing. Better Bath cannot be responsible for lost returns. We recommend using an insured and prepaid method for your return, such as UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery.
To avoid any additional fees, please include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product.. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition. We recommend you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. A pre-printed return label is included on your original packing slip for your convenience. But if you don't have it, returns should be sent to:
