A FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Better Sleep / Better Bath warrants that our products will perform to the consumer's satisfaction and to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the case of consumer dissatisfaction within the year it was purchased, contact our customer service department for further information. A scanned digital photo or a mailed photo of the unit is required to obtain a no charge one time replacement unit. Sales receipt is also required to prove date of purchase.

If you choose to send the unit back to Better Sleep, please note – WE DO NOT REIMBURSE FOR PRIORITY SHIPPING, EXPRESS SHIPPING, INSURANCE, OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS.. SUCH AS PEANUTS, FOAM OR BOXES etc.

Better Sleep / Better Bath assumes no responsibility for the results of improper installation, assembly or abnormal use.
